Tenth anniversary

 

Today is a special day – Conccordcars is celebrating its 10th anniversary. Over the years, we’ve worked hard to offer our customers the very best service we possibly can.

It’s been a real challenge, especially in a sector where competition is getting tougher all the time, and it’s increasingly difficult to stand out from the crowd. But we believe we’ve managed it, and we’re incredibly proud of that.

We’ve grown, evolved, and tried our best to keep up with the times. We’ve also faced some tough moments, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic – like so many others – but we made it through and came out the other side.

Let’s look back at some key moments from these ten years:

1.Foundation: On 14th February 2013, Concord Cars was officially founded, with a team boasting over 20 years of experience in the car hire sector.

2.Core Values: The foundation of the company is our commitment to giving the best service possible to our customers. Since we can’t compete with much larger companies in any other way, we focus on what matters most – our service.

3.Service: Our dedication to providing top-notch service has helped us grow. More and more people are giving us a try, and most of them come back for more. This word-of-mouth growth has been key to our success.

4.Community: One of our methods has been offering a completely personalised experience, far beyond being just another customer waiting in line. Whether it’s your first time renting from us or your tenth, we aim to make everyone feel valued. As a result, we’ve built a loyal and growing community of customers.

5.Expansion: As we’ve grown, so has our reach. While we started out almost entirely in the La Manga del Mar Menor area, we now have a presence in other tourist spots along the coast, including service at both Murcia and Alicante airports.

6.Growth: We’ve expanded our services. Our core business is car hire, but due to high demand, we started offering alternative services, such as taxi hire (partnering with highly qualified professionals) and vehicle sales. It’s just another way for us to grow as a company.

All of this is driven by one goal – customer satisfaction. And this shows in the recognition and loyalty our customers have given us over the years. Whether they recommend us to friends and family, send us a thank-you email, or leave us a Google review, we couldn’t be more grateful.

What does the future hold for Conccordcars?

In the near future, we’re firmly committed to continued growth.

•Modernisation: The first step is modernising our workflow, digitising as much as we can to keep up with the digital world around us.

•Electrification: We’re aiming to fully electrify our fleet over time, starting with hybrids and eventually moving to fully electric cars, as the technology and infrastructure evolve.

•Product Improvement: We’ll be working with more suppliers and partners to improve our existing product while also offering new services.

•Suggestions: As always, we’ll keep listening to customer suggestions and requests, looking for ways to improve that we might not have thought of ourselves. We’re always open to feedback.

In the longer term, we’ll continue working towards becoming one of the leading car hire companies in the area, staying true to our commitment to customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. We’ll also be exploring new technologies and market trends to offer our customers a more advanced, efficient service. And last but not least, we’ll keep striving to be a sustainable, environmentally friendly company, contributing to the wellbeing of our planet.
